Key to DTC? If It’s Free, It’s For Me

As DTC brands continue to grow, every new player in the space would be wise to keep in mind the biggest motivators to acquiring new consumers. According to a recent Toluna survey, free trials are the easiest way to get people to give your DTC product/service a shot. Secondary, however, is an appealing online presence. So while free stuff is great, consumers are also signaling that DTC brands need to mind their aesthetics, too.
